I need some gears for a project I'm working on but I haven't been able to find them on the internet. All I have been able to find are mecanno pieces and they're much too large (none are less than 25mm in diameter).

Where can I find smaller gears, preferably made of plastic?

Cheapo wind-up 'bubble' toys usually have a couple (2-5) of gears in them. A couple bucks worth of change is usually enough to outfit a Warmachine army of gears for bases or Wreck markers.

I hate to revive a VERY dead thread, but I am also looking for cogs or gears about the size of a dwarf shield for an engineer themed dwarf army.  I would like to buy about 100 of them, so If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate them.

Thanks

He's got a mind like a steel trap. By which I mean it can only hold one idea at a time;
it latches on to the first idea to come along, good or bad; and it takes strenuous effort with a crowbar to make it let go.

The striker wheel in a Bic lighter can break down into several intersting pieces. May be a bit too big, though.

Your googlefu is strong

That robot objects website is PERFECT!  But expensive, maybe I'll mold them and mass produce...

Thanks

Seriously, with some of the stuff on that site you could move beyond the coolness of LED figure modifications and right on to animatronics.  Fully mobile gargant, anyone?
