I play in a monthly league where you play every tuesday for the month and your list is unchanging for the month. I also like troop heavier armies...

What are your opinions of the list I have been banging around....

My opponents will be randomized and there are at least 3 other armies in the league besides those mentioned. My anti-tank consists of the brightlance, avatar's melta and h-t-h, wraithlords h-t-h, singing spear, and the other various str 6 for light vehicles. The pathfinders are for the pinning ap1 shots and the ability to take down demon princes, etc. quickly at range. The banshees hold back in my lines behind cover for the countercharge should my lines be reached. The avatar is there for his fearless presence and to help the guardians should they see any close combat.  Before anybody mentions it, I would have liked to dump one of the wraithlords and add another prism, but another prism is the only model i lack. Otherwise, I am sitting on over 9000 points of eldar so models arent a problem.

BTW, for anybody interested, the store we play at has one of the best deals around as far as league play goes, so if what i say sounds good to you, pass it on to your store owner.....

The league costs 20$/month to play. All entry goes into a pot. The winner gets 70% of the pot in store credit, 2nd gets 20% in credit, and last gets 10%. This way, everybody wins...the store makes money off the league because the winner gets credit, not cash and the winner gets some serious product. Figure for every five players, there is a $100 pot, which the store owner is making 60 of (assuming he pays 40% retail on product he sells)Average first place in our store is 125$ a month. The store owner has also instituted a handicap system to keep the same players from always dominating from month to month. The handicap is based on your last three months performance so is always changing. We started with just a few people, now we have anywhere from 10 to 17 players at a time....

sounds..........very slow, imo, an eldar army should out manuver every army except dark eldar, then its just gonna be who hits the most, but thtas just y style, i would field a list like

this list, is very hard hitting, for less points, and is much faster than your list, i prefer it personaly, it does have draw backs, like few scoring units, and few units in general.
