Sagitarius with a Big F'in Gun

This is a simple information processing problem. Something Scriptor Karpus is very good at.

We need to consider all the possible combinations of perpetrators and eliminate the impossible or unlikely ones.

Somebody performed the execution, but not all of them, so Purser Grunwald can be eliminated as the Odd Man. This leaves fifteen possible combinations

The execution was performed by at least two, so no one did it alone. This leaves eleven combinations.

Citizen Anhalt would not be alone with any other Cartel member, This leaves eight combinations.

Citizen Anhalt would also never go with both Junker brothers. This leaves six combinations.

Karl would not be trusted alone with any other Cartel member. This leaves four combinations.

Citizen Jaeger would not go with Eric Junker. This leaves only one possible combination.

The execution was performed by Karl Junker, Citizen Jaeger and Citizen Anhalt.
