... does anyone manufacture a 45mm-50mm base similar to those made by GW?  I know that the Warmachine large bases are 50mm, but I'm looking for something to match the bases on my Imperial Guardsmen.  Any help would be appreciated.

Vor the Maelstrom had 50mm rounds for some of the bigger stuff like Growlers. Should be able to find blisters pretty cheap, as I don't think FASA or Iron Wind has ever sold individual plastic bases.

GW does not make 45mm-50mm round bases.

Wizards of the coast had some bases that were quite irregular for their "Chainmail" miniatures game.

They had 15mm or 20mm round bases for the smaller things like gnomes. 50mm bases for stuff like ogres.

Good luck finding any of those any more though.

Nah.
Large things, like Ogres, use 40mm bases, just like termies. I have a bunch.
The only differences are that the base is a little shorter & not as sturdy, and doesn't have the little circle "guides" on the bottom.
