I have been working on converting dark eldar warriors to harlequins for my list.
The problem I am having is HEADS
So far, I have modeled them with dynamic poses by cutting the legs/feet up and rebuilding with green stuff. This works OK, but it's a huge pain.
The awesome thing about
DE warriors is that converting a splinter rifle to a harlequin's kiss is mega easy. Green stuff a wrist band, clip the rifle in the right spots, and it looks almost perfect.
The downside like I said is
th heads are way off. What I have been doing is taking the
DE non-helmeted heads and shaving the faces off and remodeling the hair into mohawks or other weird dos.
When I get around to it, I'll be cutting up oval cheets of plasticard (very thin plasticard) and dipping it in boiling water to get it pliable, then making masks out of it. This may not work well but it's my current plan
I may also wait for the new harlequin models to come out. They look pretty slick, the ones in the codex anyway.
