Hello there!
The new Codex is out and I dusted off the old Eldar. Here is a list I intend to try out. What do you think?

Hm...
odd Numbers = bad >_<
Most of your army list cannot take any kind of dedicated shooting before it crumples (statistically), and T3 will be your downfall when you consider most armies you'll face are predominantly shooty armies.
Here's what I'd do:
Add fortune to the farseer, this power is probably one of the most useful powers at your disposal. It makes squads MUCH more survivable. I always put fortune on my farseers and it consistently saves models for me every game. Playtest it if you want, but believe me it helps.
Keep the Scorpions and add or remove one scorpion from the squad (I'd reccomend adding one) to make the squad a full 10 man squad. I'd get rid of the banshees unless you can find a falcon/wave serpent for them to ride around in. They'll die before they ever see combat.
I like the firedragons, and they are heinous when unloading out of a transport and firing, which is why you should consider picking a wave serpent up for them. Once again I'd either add one model to the squad, or take one away. Odd numbers wind up hurting you in the long run. You'll have the points when you drop the banshees.
Add a warlock and one more gaurdian to the gaurdian squads that are footslogging it. I'd reccomend conceal on both warlocks. This will bring the squad up to 12 models strong, and will allow them to remain scoring untill there are only 5 models left standing as well as giving them a save against all shooting attacks.
The jetbike troopers are nice, though I'd consider combining the squads into one six man team of jetbikes. I understand the benefit of having two smaller units, but you lose one bike and they're making a leadership test to break and run and their leadership isn't that great ^_^
I like the vypers, but if you don't mind doing it, I'd consider dropping one (One of the starcannon vypers) and using the points to put vectored engines, and prehaps spirit stones onto those two remaining bad-boys. They're 10 all around, so anything that keeps them alive = a good thing. Holofields is also an option, but not feasable in this list I don't think.
4 warwalkers is cool, but once again they're
AV 10 all around. Enough shooting from most anything will bring them down. I'd consider ditching the two war-walker squad and using the points to throw a wave serpent into your list. A transport for those firedragons would be immensely helpful. Also, you could have your farseer ride with them if you so choose.
As for the other brightlance wielding warwalkers, I'd consider fielding them with a brightlance and a scatter laser each. Unlike the wraithlord, war-walkers with two of the same weapon don't count as twin-linked. You could rhen use the warwalkers to tank hunt and also to attempt to thin infantry, while reducing their individual cost a bit. Just a suggestion there.
Hope that helped you out Jenka. Take it easy.
