Thinking about a Mech Eldar army-

Autarach (Jetbike, Mandiblasters, Power Weapon, Reaper)

Farseer (Jetbike, Spear, Runes of Warding, Spirt Stones, Doom, Mind War)

2x10 Dire Avengers (Exarch w/Bladestorm.  1 w/dire sword, 1 w/Dual Catapults)
In Serpents (2 Shurkin cannons, Vectored engines, Spirit stones)

10 Fire Dragons in Serpent (As Above)

8 Fire Dragons in Serpent (As Above)

2x Prism (Shurkin Cannon, holofield, Vectored engines, Spirit stones)

I know I'm new to the forum, but this is what i was thinking for your list.

Maybe take two six man squads of fire dragons. I think 10 and 8 is just over kill. Plus, by taking six you can put them in falcons, which are by far the better transport choice for getting them close and unloading on a squad (plus you get a whole lot of fire support from the falcon). This would require dropping a fire prism, but the general consensus is that they are still not THAT great.

Drop the reaper on the autarch, and maybe give him a laser lance. I'd give him some shining spears to travel with. Really, with the fire dragons, you have a great anti meq troop, although the IC pop-shots are really nice.

The jetseer is a lot of fun to play.

The dire avenger squads are nice, but you should give defend and the shield to the squad with the exarch with the diresword. This can make you near invulnerable if you assault geq troops

I purposely chose the wave serpents for the fire dragons as opposed to Falcons. In escalation, you can be screwed if both don't come on at the same time (Assuming you play with the interpretation that infantry can start in reserves) and in tourneys I end up playing alot of the weird RTT missions. So a dedicated transport was neccessary in my mind.

The DA's are intended to Fish of fury a doomed squad, then get back in the serpent to try it again later. Assault was not intended with anything.

Since I don't have the points for a hit and run shining spear squad, and my exarch is intended to be shooting the whole time, getting a lance wasn't ideal in my minds. After the charging turn, he doesn't even have a power weapon. (See my exarch on jetbike thread in Tactics)

I'd love some spears, but not sure where I'd come up with the points for them.

So the autarch and farseer are flying around the board on their own?

Yes. Preferably using IC status to prevent being targeted.
