Ha! That's a beautiful thing, great work! Think the one thing I might critique is the big square base vs. a big round one, but that's a damn minor quibble. Very cool stuff, thanks for sharing.

No Wip pic sorry, I never take them, maybe I should start. As for the square base its all I had lying around, did not really want to spend any more money on stuff so usedd what I had available. Commenst, hmm ok its not as well painted as the rest of the army but overall I am happy with it. I actually got the idea from a kid at my local GW who did something similar although his convertion was not so good but he had the right idea.

Also some people use the in a mocking way (related to the frequent typing issues of young children, spazzes and adult forum members with a love for space wolves and a secret love for dark angels that he overcompensates for by defaming them). On to your post- I like him alot, but I think it would have been better served to have a different style head. The current one is too defilerish. I like the weapons, but I think it would be really cool to give him mechanical hands holding his gun and ccw since that's what almost all of the transformers had. Also I feel cheated that we didn't get a Barph like 40k transformer that really transforms

That is a fun rebuild of a defiler, almost as cool as the scout titan the other week. I really like your paint scheme, you hit pre heresy WEs on the head and it is a very nice weathering job much heavier than most, definitely an I've seen the elephant model. That said, I think this conversion would be perfect for an Iron Warriors deamon prince, it definitely has the right feel IMO.
