What do people think?  Would it be worth dropping two dreads to add another Terminator squad?

Excellent list

My only suggestions: drop two of the pods from two terminator squads. Spend those points on 3 teleport homers and tank hunter on 3 of the terminator squads.

There are plenty of times when you'll want to start terminators on the board, particularly against nids. Teleport homers will make it painless to drop them when you have to.

The tank hunter is very useful against AV12 skimmers, which you'll be seeing plenty of now that Eldar have a new book.
