As stated above, Im making a bloodpact army. I know that the AT70 Reaver-pattern and AT83 Brigand-pattern tanks, are suppose to be cheap knock off's of the imperial stuff but is there any pictures out there of them?

Yes I have searched for all you wise guys that want to say "did you use the search option"?

Thanks! for the help!?

Did you check the Sabbat Worlds book from the Black Library?  There's a lot of pretty pictures in there.

One of the early Inferno! issues had a treatise on the major tank battle in Sabbat Martyr and had pictures of the AT70, the AT83 and the SteG (although the picture of the SteG does not match the description in the book).  Essentially, the AT70 looks like a Russ but is lacking the targeter box on the turret, is missing the light array from the front of the Russ hull (it's smooth all the way across) and has a much smaller cannon (think autocannon) with a muzzel break with only a single baffel on either side.  The AT83 was simmilar looking, but with a more robust gun.  The SteG as pictured looked a lot like a Chimera without the rear lasguns and with an autocannon turret instead of the multi-laster.  I believe in the books it is described as being wheeled instead of tracked, but there you go.  None of the pictured tanks have much in the way of markings other than a somewhat Word Bearers-esque daemonic head painted on the sides.  Hope this helps.

Whoops! I thought I had it. I had issue 30 of Inferno! which had a bunch of Gaunts Ghosts illustrations, but nothing on Blood Pact tanks.

According to Wikipedia Issues 4,8 & 30 of Inferno have Guants Ghosts stuff in them. I have 4 & 30 and it's not in there, so I'd guess you would want to look for issue #8. It's funny because I have issues 7 & 9, but no 8. Oh well.

Hopefully this will put you on the right track. I did a quick Ebay search and while there are several Inferno issues for sale I didn't immediately see #8 listed.

Good luck!
