Is one Prism too few? Are the Autarchs really that useful? Overall impressions?

With the galaxy as large as it is the odds of the average guardsmen seeing and fighting a marine or MEQ are relatively slim. Unfortunately the guardsmen in your (and anyone else who plays IG's) army are the REALLY, REALLY LUCKY ones that fight marines ALL the time...

I can se the VP denial potential of this army.

I feel that the Autarchs will get bogged down in combat against meq's - great charge then.........?

I'd suggest finding the points for swapping out the jetbike units for shining spears, give em an exarch with withdraw this'll make a much better counter assault/assault unit to go with your Autarch/s.

The only thing about doing this is that you'd then be short of troops.

Depending on the local interpretation of the word "may," in escalation games you might have to begin with your fire dragons and harlequins deployed--and nothing else. Not a problem for the harlequins, but if the opponent's speeders or whirlwind come in first, the dragons will have problems. Also having to stop and pick them up slows down the falcons down (star engines help). Also there's a mismatch between the number of falcons and the number of squads waiting to be carried by them.

To be honest, my overall impression is "dang, this list has every single unimaginative cookie-cutter minmaxed Eldar cheese doodle that is possible to fit into one list." If that's not a problem in your gaming community, then rock on.

Not a bad list, but you don't really have any medium-ranged units/weaponry. My thoughts:

HQ - rid yourself of one Autarch and replace with a Farseer (possibly on jetbike)
Elites - Are the FDs supposed to be mounted in the Falcons?? Possibly take one larger squad of FDs.
Troops - How about a DA squad or some Rangers (for some medium-ranged firepower)?
FA - As with the FDs, I'd take larger squads of SHs...
HS - If you aren't esp. using the Falcons for dedicated transport of the FDs, get rid of them and replace with Fire Prisms. Honestly, Prisms in the new dex rock. 115 pts. with all the weapons already mounted, the ability to "link" beams, and a higher BS. If you bought a Falcon, you'd have to pay extra for the weapons and you get a lower BS - the only advantage is the 6-model transport.

Harlequins without a Shadowseer aren't going to cut it, IMO.

I think it's worth giving your Hawks Intercept. It's cheap, and it makes them a much, much greater threat to Skimmers.
