Please give me any suggestions.  I went with some things that I thought were good from winning lists I've had in the past, and added some things that I think would make it more effective.  I also added the possessed squad as a "fun" squad.

Sure about all those flesh hounds? I only use one squad of 5 - mostly to fill points - and they've been most useful at zipping over and assaulting IG fire support, Eldar guardians or marine devastators to shut down their heavy weapons. I don't know that 2 would prove more useful, and definitely not 3 squads of pups! Also, for the price of 10 hounds (210) you can get a nice favored unit of 8 bloodletters (208), a unit that will carve through next to anything and be a serious threat. I'd suggest you make that switch

Only other thing I can suggest is working more furious charge in there. Maybe trade the strength & visage on the Lt. for furious charge - same S5 on the charge, but now at I6 - or tinker some points around to get the DP fruious charge. Actually, I suggest dropping all the Berzker AC strengths to get the 15 points to give FC to the DP! Much more use to be had there, especially against Nids/Eldar or marine characters.

How sold are you on WEs? Because Black Legion/Khorne is *much* more effective. MoCU marines can carry las/plas, infiltrate, and summon bloodletters while still packing a PFist. Good times! Berzerkers, however, suck and tend to run after scouts, speeders, and other things instead of what you want them to. Bloodletters are a better buy than the Possessed and don't have to worry as much about getting shot up.

Drop visage- it's pretty much as waste as you generally want to stay in combat as much as possible. Get frags. Lightning claws are pretty expensive for what they do- I would go with a Dark Blade & Furious Charge on the Lt., since you will wound pretty much anything on 2s then (S8 on charge- WOO!). Also consider a Bloodthirster. Statured DP + BT popping out of an AC is pretty rough

Khorne bikers are something else to consider. Fast,hard hitting, and no worries about rage. Chaos Hounds can bulk up their numbers a bit.
