I've been toying with the list a bit and am keep trying some different combos. I figured I'd let you all tear up the list. This is for an RTT next weekend, 2000 points.

Keeper of Secrets, Wind of Chaos (160)

ELITE

8 Chosen, MoCU, Icon, Infiltrate, Frags,Asp Chmp, Powerfist, Demonic Icon, Plasma Pistol, Teleport Homer, 2xMelta Guns (258)

3 Obliterators (210)

FAST ATTACK

5 Raptors, MoCU, Melta Gun, 2xFlamers, Asp Chmp, Powerweapon (Demon Host) (191)

6 Mounted Demonettes (168)

Troops

2x 5 Chaos Marines, MoCU, Lascannon, Plasma Gun, Tank Hunter, Icon(115 each)

The Lord and Raptors will move together utelizing cover to meet up to the Chosen. Summoning the Bloodletters and KOS, this group will be a big hammer. Mounted Demonettes will go after shooty units or even big vehicles in a pinch. The Demonettes are going to be a counter assault unit hanging with the shooting units. The Obliterators are my stop gap unit, being used for whatever role is needed.

Take it apart o' dakka experts.

By your responses, I guess it was perfect

Played two games yesterday. First game vs. Demonhunters (all Grey Knights). It seems every blue moon when this army actually gets pulled out to be played, someone shows up with a Demonhunter army. It has been awhile since I played this army and some things worked, some didn't.

**Ok, few things to remember for you Chaos players: There is basically only one S6 Force Weapon in that army. They may all be called Nemesis Force Weapons, but only one works like a Force Wpn. I lost both monstrous creatures to two different force weapons against an all Grey Knight army. Also, this is the 3rd Demonhunter player I have played that fails to explain sustained assault properly (all 3 in their favor). You can bring your demons on any table edge that is not in your opponent's deployment zone. In essence, you can flank your opponent with demons. After I read that afterwards, I'm seeing a trend here. They're taking advantage of me and my old age **

Second game was a bit fun vs. World Eaters. Close game all the way to the end:

Things that seem to work and not work:
-I forgot (again) that Raptors have Hit and Run and Demonic Visage. Can't blame the unit if I'm a goober and not remember my own rules.
-Keeper of Secrets just didn't work for me. Now, I'm not sure I want to finish painting him any time soon. Then again, that 2nd Force Wpn makes it a bit difficult to judge.
-The two las/plas squads were, ehhh, For 115 points, I may stick with just one.
-Demonettes on foot as a counter assault were nice. I still am impressed with Mounted Demonettes.
-DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT allow your Chosen Champion with the Demon Icon get killed. Bad placement in the unit got him killed by virtue of a limited kill zone. If you know you will get assaulted, close in to get everyone involved. A Bloodthirster got in on my flank, killed 3, then broke them (damn, BT counting as 10 models and w/ Demonic Visage).
-DP is cool, but killable. I think I got used to my Seer Council with Fortune. They could take a ton of hits and keep coming. He is not as durable. Damn Force Weapons in Demonhunters.
-Always remember to move your demons after they are summoned. I realized I didn't move my Bloodletters until I started shooting. However, my opponent was pretty adamant for me to suck eggs. They, in turn, were charged by Grey Knight Terminators w/ Grand Master. So much for a laid back game.

Bunch of rambling on my part. The list is far from perfect. It needs more synergy. It also needs a commander who will remember the basics of its' rules. Fun to play, but back to the drawing board.
