Not sure where to put this, but what the hell.
My question concerns the Lost and the Damned list.
How does Chaos Space Marine Allies work? Are Chaos space marine units useable with the Lost and the Damned army?

Oh, dang. Well it doesnt help that I got the list from the GW site. They dont provide rules for it online...
So begins my quest for an EoT dex..

Page 42 of the LatD Codex is the same as the first page of the PDF file. Essentially, you can choose any CSM unit from the force organisation sections listed about half way down the page, but they don't count as any of your compulsory choices (ie you can't take an allied Chaos Lord as your compulsory HQ choice in Standard battles).

Check the online file - beginning paragraphs The Lost and The Damned may include the following allied units from Codex: Chaos Space Marines. 0-1 HQ choice, 0-1 Elite
choice, 0-2 Troops choices, 0-1 Fast Attack choice. Allied units may not be used as compulsory choices on the force
organisation chart. Units with a Mark of Chaos are always Elites choices.

O.O ooooh i see it now....i must improve my reading skills...
thanks again! i think im going to post a list up soon. my Latd is based upon the "Carnival of Chaos" for nurgle, the Mordheim band, if you've seen it. hopefully i can get some pics up too

Will be interesting. Mine is more of a "radical inquisitor gone berserk approach" with some traitors (guard) and tanks, and a fair bit of demons.
