I've almost finished making this army so I was wondering if you'd change anything to make it more competitive, I know it isn't going to be winning a GT any time soon but I just want to check my army doesn't suck.  Now for the list:

I like this list alot. VERY fluffy. The only suggestion I would make is to consider merging two of the troops squads into one squad of 14. That will give you 7 units all with the sacred number or a multiple of 7. Also, a squad of 14 plague marines is really nasty. You can't break them and an opponent has to really commit alot of fire power to even begin to reduce their combat efficiency.
