I've been playing Speed Freaks for years, but I have always wanted to try and make footslogging work, so this list is my first attempt. The idea is to have a lot of firepower as I advance, so I have given a mix of Rikkit Launchas and Big Shootas in my units, basically rolling tankbustas, shoota boyz, and slugga boyz all into one. The idea is to saturate my opponant with targets and bury the dangerous guns and models in large squads, making it hard to just pick something off. There are 16 Big Shootas and 17 Rokkit Launchas, so I'm thinking that should do signifigant damage to most armies as I approach, and with 129 models, hopefully something should be left when I reach their lines.

This list is completely untested, so I'm relying on the experience of my fellow orks out there to help me out before I start buying models.

Man, that's the joy of Anime! To revel in the complete and utter wastefullness of making an unstoppable nuclear-powered combat andriod in the shape of a cute little girl, who has the ability to fall in love and wears an enormous bow in her hair.

First thought - you have the same number of models, rokkitz, and big shootaz in 2000 points as I do in 1500

General thoughts - every nob should have 3 helpers with him, either the maximum attack squigs, or some ammo runtz (and fill with squigz). The squigz are cheaper ablative wounds, the ammo runtz are to taste. You've taken 4 ammo runtz in some of your units which is (a) probably wasteful and (b) more importantly, illegal

I think you need kommandoz because you lack mobility. I recommend 5 kommandoz, nob upgrade, rokkit in the unit, rokkit for the nob, tankbusta bomz for the nob, 2 ammo runtz (interestingly, the only unit that there's no point giving squigz to). I have two of these.

You need a grot screen, you need a grot screen, you need a grot screen.

Have the warboss drop the armour, and lead the grot screen. Ld 9 with a re-roll is invaluable.

You also need a kustom force field. Although you can hide most of the horde behind the grotz, you can't hide all of them, and they are eventually going to die. I'd advise a big mek with a kustom force field.

And squigz.

You should also fix your units so you have an even number of wounds, that means (for example), ten boys *plus* a nob, (for twelve wounds), rather than ten boys *including* the nob. Or, given the advice on squigz given above, eleven boyz, one nob and three attack squigz for sixteen wounds.

And if you're going to take large units of elite boyz, I'd at least think about the slightly cheaper skarboyz rather than the ardboyz

Could you post your 1500 point list.  I'd love to see it.
