Well, I am going to be playing in a 750/750 team tournament for 40K. 

Our armies are going to be New Eldar, and Space Marines, we are required normal force rules such as 2 troops, and 1 hq.  I own, 12 Striking Scorpions, 6 Swooping Hawks, 18 Wraith Guard (Star Ship Troopers Skinnie Guard are much much cheaper and the same size), 1 Wave Serpent, 1 Falcon, 6 War Walkers, 1 Autarch with warp jump generator, Eldrad, 1 Far Seer on foot, 3 Warlocks, 10 Dire Avengers, 20 Rangers, 16 Guardians, Baharroth, & Karandas. 

I am currently having alot of issues coming up with a list that will work well with space marines, or that can fit into such a tiny army. 

I was thinking this list is probably my best bet, 750 on the nose

Karandas
5 Striking Scorpions with a no skill Claw Exarch
9 Dire Avengers + fully skilled Exarch, with a Single SC
1 Wave Serpent with TL Bright Lance and Vectored Engines
5 Rangers without Pathfinder
