Subject: Forcing specific models to make armor saves?
I am wondering about the rule in the BBB, that allows you to force a specific model to make his save. How does this work with weapons with alternating effects like the eldar rangers, or a squadron of war-walkers with 4 scatter lasers and 2 star-cannons.
Would I get to choose which ap my opponent would have to try and save against, would he, or would it nullify the special rule because of the variation on weapon types?

"The owning player can choose which wounding hit he saves against and, if the model has more than one type of save, may select which he uses."
EDIT: Damn you insaniak. too fast!

It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. Don't forget that on page 41 is a similar version of the rule for close combat wounds (although it is quite hard to find on the page, read carefully!).
