Here's a prototype piece for a Tyranid army I'm thinking of doing: http://www.bluetablepainting.com/view_gallery.php?galleryID=1297 All right, let's hear it. I'm looking for critique that will help make this project better, or keep me from going down a dead-end road! Shawn G.

I have always felt the lictor shouls look very different from the rest of the tyranid organisms. In this instance I must change my mind. If the tyranids are going to be swamp-based I think you should do greens and browns. The Lictor should be EXACTLY the same. To really differentiate the Lictor you should take the "moss/static grass" thing to th enext level and do it on EVERY surface that could be seen from a top down view. ender502

I like it. I may well pinch the idea if i ever make a new Tyranid army.

Besides the glazed look (which I don't personally care for, but I know is a staple of your business), I think the overall look of the model is great and an entire army themed this way would look very nice.
