I had a lot of problems against mechanized sisters. The player usually "circles the wagons", pops a 3+ save whenever I get a good round of shooting, and uses his three excorcists to whittle me down from outside my range. I think with some practice I could learn how to beat them, but as of now all I've done is grab a draw.
I only played godzilla nids once, and the mission was really bizarre (points gained for each scoring unit that leaves the board via the enemies deployment zone), so we drew.

I lost to Mech Eldar (3 Falcons, Shining Spears, Autriarch, and minn'ed Jetbike Troops) at 1500 and Godzilla at 1850. Godzilla is tough because I didn't start with the terminators on the table and you just can't get enough rending hits on TMC's in 5+ cover to put them all down. Given that plus the fact that the game was Take & Hold and he was able to cluster together all his TMC's in the center made it rough on me to get close to the objective without being in Charge range. Mech Eldar, well I just didn't have the number of units to really stop everything - if I shot at the shining spears then his falcons would go unstunned and would drop AP2 on me (he had the Pulse Laser, Starcannon, and Shurican Cannon falcon), I couldn't target his autriarch and he would pretty much decimate my terminator squads one by one and I couldn't get away. Plus everything I had dropped in turn 2, which wasn't pretty. Sisters can be tough, but I've learned that they have problems with the # of units they can take at 1850/1750 and you can deal with killing the Rhinos of Sisters pretty easy on the drop if you have the right loadouts (max termies w/ Cannons & Tank Hunters). Honestly I'm convinced that Pods aren't the best marine list for a tournament and if I can go to the GT's this year I will probably take a SAFH variant of Marines instead. Pods may be great vs. your average run of the mill list but against other good armies like Godzilla or Mech Eldar I really think you're going to be struggling.

I have been destroying pod armies of late with my shooty all infantry gaurdian with Avatar in the middle list. Pods drop in I piece meal them with shooty goodness all they usually have range to rapid fire are units of fearless gaurdians spread out far enough were the max kill zone is usually 4 gaurdians per drop. Two units of 4 Reapers in the middle of my castle help a little also.

Warrior/Immortal-heavy Necrons. You can't kill or cripple them significantly on the drop, they Rapidfire the bejesus out of your marine squads, and they teleport out and rapidfire you some more when you assault. Ld10 also keeps them from running away, for the most part.
