Awesome work. Where did you find these? The masks are Classic Mk 1 CSM Raptor heads, my guess being the modeler either used them to make press molds for Cadian/Catachan heads or they were cut down and attached to the same head (or had similarly sized heads GS sculpted on the back). I doubt they were press molded though, as a GW employee can get those heads dirt cheap. Great conversions and awesome paint jobs. Tim Lison did these, didn't he?

The masks are just brilliant. I also like the deliberate scuffing and removal marks where the eagles were removed.

The shade of gore is perfect, exactly how I imagined it as khorhe worshipers. I'd say its based on the LatD list due to the unit of chaos hounds. I've always thought the grotesque masks would pointier/spikier with cruel edges. Though it wouldn't be hard to modify those masks witha little gs. The Loxatle are awesome, one of my favorite pieces of fluff that the Ghost novels added to 40k fluff. The ritual scarring aparent on a number of the troops is very nice too, though I'd want nearly all of them scar covered if it were my army. Very well done and fluffy though overall.

I jacked the pic's off warseer I'm pretty sure? I love the mini's there great! I dont think there the raptor head bitz maybe as stated above some mordheim bit....regardless they kick some butt!
Id like to see Forgeworld do some masked heads.
To bad the guy didnt build a stalk-tank....

Ohhh, Blood Pact... You're the coolest army with the crappiest rules, hugest amount of coversion work, and general lack of powergaming reward for intense effort.
