This is the prince that will represent the flying hive tyrant in my, not yet existent, Khorne-zilla army. I've finally finished modeling this beast and I've just started painting it.
At the moment I haven't done any details, higlights, shades or freehand, I'm just laying down the basic colour scheme.

Unfortunately the pictures aren't the best, I don't have a studio or photo set-up yet, but you'll probably get the idea:

I appreciate all of your comments and suggestions for improving on this pet-project

Very nice conversion (from what I can see in this light). Is the head from the Juggy?

Math sure can come in handy!

For picture taking, you don't want to put the light source (in this case, the window) behind your subject. That creates a silhouette, which essentially means all of your subject is in shadow; not a good concept if we're supposed to actually view and comment on your subject.

Instead, have the window at your back when taking the picture but keep the paper behind your model (it will help bounce the natural light back onto your model).

From what I can tell, the model looks pretty cool and freaky, but better pictures would help greatly.

I like the use of what looks like robotic bits in the wings, and the combination with a Khorne Juggernaut :-)

There's a thread about using a "light box" hovering about, I suggest you take a peek in there, it definitely helped me plan for taking pictures assuming I'll ever finally get a digital camera (*tear)

It's quite wow, except for the arms, which look a bit awkward. Might just be the picture though.

I'd say the head sits a little too high on the chest (even with the use of 4 arms/wings)...
Lightning aside,i'd say this be really cool. The conversion work is very nice and clean and its definatelly a good representation of the god of hate

Thanks for the advice regarding the pictures. I've just taken some new, less crappy, pictures and used them to replace the ones I posted yesterday.
You guys should now at least be able to see the general shape...
