This list screams out 'inflexiblility' at me, and its gonna get shot/chopped up quickly due to a lack of units (I have experience with this), shure the raptors are quick and have their hit and run rule, but with a bad fall back roll or if pitched against a powerful combat unit, they are toast (and thats a 1/5 of the army down the drain, and with only 5 units, thats a lot) I suggest the following:
luitenant, bike, plasma pistol, power weapon, demonic mutation, demonic aura, demonic strength. 150pts
Replace the plasma pistol with a plasmagun or a meltagun, hes on a bike, he does have the option to do so. Personally, Id make this into an anti-tank suicider, so Id get rid of the deamonics and give him a meltagun, if you dodnt like that idea, get him a bike unit or give him d-flight

This is a waste, too inflexible, do 2 6 man squads with las-plasma and stealth adept (no AC) and an 8-12 man squad with twin plasma/melta, infiltrate and stealth adept (with AC)

Over 1000 points into 30 marines, Id say theres too much invested into these guys. Keep one squad as is (minus a PP, replace the AC PW with a PF) and 2 squads with 5 raptors one with twin melta one with twin flamer both with an AC with PW and melta bombs. This change saves a lot of points that can be spent on more units, be it combat or otherwise, which will in turn present more targets for your opponets so any incoming fire/combat is not so concentrated.
Everything i have suggested is what i would do, some of which i have done with my IW.
