Thought this was funny, as we were just talking about this in the Battlestar thread:

Siliconera spotted an interesting entry on the ESRB website. It seems that a Wing Commander title from Electronic Arts was recently rated for the Xbox 360 (it got an E). The game's full title is Wing Commander Arena. Wing Commander, for those who don't know, is a classic PC series (it also became an awful movie). This opens up more than a few questions. First, will the game be a retail release or an Xbox Live Arcade port of an older title? The fact that it's already rated means it must be complete, and we find it hard to believe that a new retail title would have remained under wraps this long. Besides, the ESRB has provided us with plenty of good XBLA leads lately.

Of course, the most important question of all: will Wing Commander Arena feature Mark Hamill?

That is interesting.

My guess is it will be a port of an old game for XBLA. It still could be cool, but not what I really want: a new big flashy space shooter for the 360.

Oh, and I also want to know when they're releasing 'Catan' for XBLA. I'm very excited that it got announced, but now they won't put out a release date. . .aaarrrgggghhhh.

Isn't Carcassonne available now?  I'd get it, but I have the actual boardgame (as do many of my friends).

I'd still love to see a good space shooter though, something with truly epic capital ships to use as "terrain that fights".

Trust me, no matter what damage they have the potential to do, single-shot weapons always flatter to deceive in 40k.                                                                                                       Rule #1

Catan was reviewed in OXM last month, so it must be getting darn close. I'm excited too Yak, that'd be a good one to try togeather on live.
