This is a list for a 1500/1750 point tournament a local club is holding later on in the year.

What I would lik to know is is this army balanced? is there something I should take out/add to make it more competitive? What should I add to make this list 1750points?

I'd ditch the scout sgt's upgrades. You want a sniper squad a long ways from the action, so they're not likely to see CC. Your libby is odd. He looks tooled for CC, but he's got no bolt pistol, and no real way to get into CC. Also, you must have at least 2 attack bikes per squad.

I did the scout serg upgrades cos this army has no real offensive unit, so I'v tooled up the units to have some kind of combat potential, the libby, im thinking of dropping him altogether, still thinking with what I should repace him with. Thanks for pointing out the bike prob, didnt have the dex in front of me when i made the list and never really used att bikes, was planning to see how good they are.
