I found a 2003 Games Day Canada program guide amongst my friend's 13th Company army stuff, and it includes the rules for the Games Day model that year, the special character Sternhammer:

This guy looks like he's got some seriously cool rules for wulfen units in a 13th company list, albeit at a pretty high points cost.  Regardless, does anyone know if this guy is legal?  It hits me as a pretty fun army list for a local tournament that no one could possibly plan for.

Im pretty sure you are not allowed to post scans of rules in the forums. However, if you are, think you could rotate it so we dont get a crick in our neck trying to read it?

EDIT:Thanks for the rotation. Much better.

As with any other tournament rules question, you would need to check with the organiser of the tournament.

Image has been rotated. (what, you don't like making 90 degree turns in your spine?)

As for legality, I figured since the entire 13th company army list is available for free download on the GW site, combined with the fact that these rules were free, it should be okay to post a scan, yes?

Not really, no.

The Copyright belongs to GW. So it's up to them when and where they are distributed and/or copied. Unless permission is explicitly given to copy it, it's not legal to do so.

They were in the Games Day booklet in the US, so were most likely just something cooked up by the US staff. I don't think anyone else got them.

I was thinking of using Blood Angels rules for my Marine Chapter (Desert Wolves) and using Wulfen for the Death Company.

Yeah, you'd need something really rare and expensive to neutralize them, like this one weapon called a lascannon or this other called a missile launcher. I don't know if you've heard of those, they're tough to come by.

Dakka on World of Warcraft:

MANNAHNIN: I know two guys who have had to quit the game cold turkey because the time investment required by it caused problems with their family life.

JFRAZELL: So in other words, nature is self selecting out those not fit to survive and breed? Hail WOW replacing savannah lions since 1997...

Seriously, just like how I've always believed bolters should be S10 and AP1.  It just makes sense fluff-wise.

"The last known instance of common sense happened at a GT. A player tried to use the 'common sense' argument vs. Mauleed to justify his turbo-boosted bikes getting a saving throw vs. Psycannons. The player's resulting psychic death scream erased common sense from the minds of 40k players everywhere. " - Ozymandias
