From the miniatures page http://theminiaturespage.com/news/862214/ Urban Mammoth has added another Metropolis miniature preview to their website, the Junker Titus IV Scorpio CLAU. The model is shown alongside an Auxillia Decurion for scale. It stands 70mm high to the top of the air intakes, and will be supplied with a 50mm base (as shown).

From the title, I was expecting something a bit sexier. I like the style of it; it something a little different, and almost art-deco in its design. Well, art-deco meets Invid.

Im not familier with this game, but it seems to me like an old game I had a while back called, Void. Is this the same, or improved version of the old game? The models on the websight look great. wow!

Posted By Iorek on 03/06/2007 7:20 AM From the title, I was expecting something a bit sexier. Same here. Who's gonna step up and give the world some sexy Robo-Maria figs?!!! The Junkerbot would make a nice Ad-Mech robot or combat-servitor. Personally, I'm itching to get my hands on the Viridian 'Sabre' CLAU (so I can give him some new feet):

I think that first robot would make a very cool Dreadnought for an Iron Hands army.

How much does this game cost in comparison to the other game systems out there?
I've read over the websight, and it looks really neat for the onset. Is the free model offer still valid, and if it is, is the address correct in the posting?
Depending on its price, as compaired to PP, I may have just found me a new game.

I think Yak's idea is brilliant! The Junker bot has a powerfist (maybe it could be beefed up a bit, but it'd still SUCK to be grabbed by that ) and a twinlinked assault cannon! All you need to do is fix the scorpions...
