Well, it's a reasonable list.
However, I would give the Falcon vect engines, not the Serpents.
The Serpents are more harrassing units when they unloaded their payload.

I take the opposite viewpoint:  VE on Serpents, not Falcons.  With Holofields, VE's, which aren't cheap, counter a damage result that occurs only 1 time in 12.  In over a dozen games with my list of 3 Serpents, 1 Falcon, and 2 Prisms (with Holofields on the latter 3) I have suffered about 6 or 7 Immobilized hits on my Serpents, and only 1 on my Falcon/Prisms combined.  But experiences vary.
