Make it 8 bloodletters. Khorne's favored number is 8 so it is very fluffy to use 8.

I like your list overall. It should be fun but there isn't much anti tank in this list.

ok thx i was thinking about dropping the flesh hounds and sticking in another oblitorator or 2 and using extra points to up the numbers in the blood letter squad

I'd consider dropping the lord down to a lieutenant with dark blade, bolt pistol and if you have to, daemonic mutations. He doesn't need that much kit in 1k, seriously, a DP is way over the top below 1.5k.

With the points saved from that you could get an extra obliterator and swap that heavy bolter for a plasma gun. This gives you more mobile firepower.

Also, just so we can give better advice, what armies are you expecting to verse?

i plan to verse SM armys as well as guard and nids and thx for the advise about the lord i probly will drop him down to luitenant with dark blade and BP i probly will gve the mutations

Drop the hounds, they never do exceptionally well in games. Add an Aspiring Champion to each squad and tool them up with a power fists, or just try and add another squad of bloodletters, if you take another squad of bloodletters in place of the hounds, it may not be fluffy (not a squad of 8) but it'll still work better than the hounds in my opinion. Another idea would be to take a squad of daemonettes (33 rending attacks on the charge in a squad of 11), they are probably the best type of daemon in an assault, and judging by your army, that's what you're going to be using your daemons for.

If you're going to add another 15 points onto your character you might as well make him a Lord for that extra wound, but if you insist on taking it as a Lieutenant, buy resilience instead of aura. Resilience will be much more effective as it'll reduce your opponents chances of damaging you (and most of the time you're taking armour saves as opposed to invunerable saves). The obliterators are a nice idea as well.

i gave aspiring champions to the chaos marine squads and gave them some upgrades daemonic fire and daemonic venom for 1 and daemonic strength for the other
but if you have better suggestions for upgrades tell me

I'd drop one obliterator, and the plasma gun from the 2nd squad. Put two meltaguns in there, and give the AC a powerfist. Now swap d strength over to the other squads aspiring champ, and downgrade the powerfist to a power weapon so he can take advantage of the furious charge you gave the squad. Swap the plasmas guns in the first squad for meltas, and give the ac a pw as well. You should have 40 points left over. Might as well give that squad furious charge too.

Oh yeah...drop mutation from the lt and give him aura. the 5+ inv is a better deal. spiky bits basically gives you the extra attack that mutation gives you, as you'll usually miss once each turn. Aside from that...have fun.

i cant do the meltas as i already have the plasmas assembled i might do the other stuff though and theres no point giving a squad with bolters furious charge.

this is my battle plan
i stick the luitenant in with the marine squad with bolt pistols and close combat weopons then charge them foward with the other two marine squads guarding there flanks and taking out dreadnoughts and the like so that the squad cant be damaged then the blood leters come in and help out the close combat marine squad then all the while the oblitorators are either shooting at tanks or droping down and taking an objective

Any cc demon prince or lieutenant should have infiltrate and demonic speed. These two in combination give him a good chance to get a first turn charge on a squad not really designed for combat allowing him to remove shooting squads such as devastators.

Pretty cheap and damned effective.

Infiltrate out of line of sight between 12 and 17 inches away, Have him move through the terrain, then roll fleet of foot (from Demonic Speed) it ignores cover, then attempt assault. Just in case you don't make it you could always be an ass and have him summon some demons on your 2nd turn, along with his assault that should put a damper on any army.

I always field a Lt. with mutation, strength, speed, lightning claws, MC and spiky bit. This guy kills off 5 marines a round(usually his killzone, which lets him kill the other half on thier combat phase, and usually protects him from hidden fisting. Of course I run an emp children army so with mark of slanesh and or doom siren he always gos first. I don't even infiltrate him and turn 1 or 2 he is charging vulnerable squads and eating them alive.

One thing I also do is I field posessed with no extra upgrades instead of regualr marines with bp and ccw. THis gives them invul save, and str. 5 and is only slightly more expensive than my reg. marines kit for close combat .. of course I have that pesky 5 point mark on every model so for undivided it will cost slightly more than a reg squad.

Daemonettes rule! Cheap at 15 points(2 for every bloodletter) and rending is the great equalizer. I have had a squad of 6 tear down a termie squad and then follow up into a dread and take him down too!
