I left my codex at home....is it me, or are the points values wrong across the board for DE in the Army Builder program??? Or am I just misremembering the values?

Army Builder is always correct. The 40K rulebooks, however, are frequently inaccurate.

I'm the rules judge for the 40K maintainers. You'd better bet that the files are always correct ;-) Seriously though, an error such as the points values being wrong across the board for an army is a serious error that would have been reported and fixed long before now. After all, the Dark Eldar are nowhere near a 'new' army.
