I am just wondering how you all equip your Eldar Tanks, here is my current idea, after a few games it seems it is a bit short on the ap but definately has the volley of firepower.

Wave Serpents with Twin Linked Shuriken Cannon, Shuriken Cannon, Spirit Stones, Vectored Engines.  (If I am using Wraith Guard I give the WS, star engines, I know damned exspencive but it lets them get close enough to actually shoot something)  My reasoning for the Shuriken Cannons, is that their cheap and most people use long range guns versus my tanks so using the scatter lasers range is kind of pointless, and having ap5 actually does matter since I have a couple fools in my area who use guardians on something other than a bike. . .

In regards to Falcons, I only own one and haven't fielded it in a while, so I don't have a preferred set up.

I don't own a Fire Prism, yet. . . But I plan to outfit it with Spirit Stones and Holofield, the Shuriken Cannon is probably not going to be added, to keep points down.  I have proxied a couple times and it seems keeping them cheap is a good idea, since their such a fire magnet. . .

the spire of angels

depends on what else is in your list

spirit stones and vectored engines are a given(and holo fields on falcons of course)

do you need anti troop?

take scatter lasers and shuriken cannons on your serpents

more anti-tank?

TL bright lance and a shuriken cannon and your serpent is a threat to everything

for falcons pulse laser, scatter laser and shuriken cannon give you the most shots for a mostly anti-infantry platform, but the pulse laser is S8 AP2 so it can kill anythingon the table.

find the gap they need to fill,

hope that helps

My wave serpents usually have twin lances to round out my lack of anti tank fire power in other parts of my army list. Spirit stones are standard and vectored engines get put on sometimes if I have the points to spare. I never upgrade the catapults since my goal is killing tanks and the cannon isn't that great at it (although its not bad if you get to the rear armor).

My falcon is set up for heavy infantry killing. Star cannon and shuriken cannon upgrade are standard as are sprit stones and a holofield. I'll throw in vectored engines if I have the extra points to spend but I rarely do. 4 ap 2 shots + 3 extras is a good mix for killing 3+ or 2+ save guys.
