I am just wondering what you think about using Fabius Biles body as a base for a converted Inqusitor? What do you think? What should I equip him with? Thanks Toe

Old fabio is a great basis but will need some filing to make him different enough.
How to arm him depends on what ordo he is. In 4th edition the assault inquisitor is much less useful than in 3rd (and he wasn't that great then either). You would need a Rand Raider to get him into combat and he's just not worth it. So the Inquisition Fire Team (3 HB servitors, Inq with Psycannon, mystics and tech preists to taste) is still my favorite. I never tired the all flamer team (3 flamer warriros, Inq with incinerator, acolytes with combi flamers all in a rhino or Chimera) but that could by fun.

Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

On the Witchhunters side you can make a relatively useful close combat Inquistor. Just march him in and don't be surprised if he gets shot down. They're only 24" away XD
Give him a Force Weapon he can take out a multi-wound model. The psychic power Divine Pronouncement can force a morale check. Chirurgeons, Acolytes in Power Armour and Crusaders (with a 4++) can keep him alive. Like anything else, if your opponent REALLY wants to wipe out the unit and rain on your parade there's not much you can do about it. Hiding a Chimera behind a tree maybe your first move can be > 6" to get you hoofing up the table faster. Pop smoke the turn you come out and maybe you can even sit inside for another turn.
I really like the power that lowers IC leadership but I don't think it works like Mindwar. I think in order to use the IC has to be targetable by shooting rules.
It's a cool body to use. You could even keep the head and just give him some fancy arms/doo-dads.

Force weapons and psy powers are a bad combo since you can only use one or the other. I still think the Deamon Hunters are better for close combat because you can do a lightning claw inquisitor but in terms of points per kill ratio the fire team will always do better.

if you're planning on converting ol' bile there, you should consider doing something with his coat. all the agonized faces could be a bit too harsh, even for a witchhunter. or you could just don't take any knight/sister, and say he's an evil Inqisitor. as for equipment, I alwasy liked the shooty retinue

Im not sure if the coat actually has the face molded into it,but if it does,my bet goes to greenstuffing/shaving them off.Leave some of the stitch marks though, paint them up differently (colour wise) and make him an ordo xeno hunter (the skins beeing the different species)
Try to do something about the backpack, like make a smooth coat on the back or put something on.Ideas are the Escher Hvy backpack, some staff (like Eisenhorn) or a big book.GS the head with more hair or shave it bald to change to look from Fabius to different fig.Use cadian arms maybe to take away the super-space-marine-3+armoursave-thing.
thats off the top of my head

I am still debating what to do with the trench coat. It does have 2 faces. I want to try and leave as much of the detail, but to remove the blatant chaos parts.

I actually performed that conversion earlier. Swapped both hands and did some strategic GS work to get rid of the demonic features of the coat. The hard part was sanding the shoulderpads. Unfortunately, it was ruined in painting, but so is life.
