Suggestions?

I'm pretty new to the Codex so I'm open to ideas on configuring the Falcons and Exarchs or swapping auxilliary units around.

shirou has covered most of it. A few things to add:

I don't know if it's worth getting Guardians with a scatter laser. You're already paying a compulsory 80 points for what will almost always end up just being ablative wounds for the heavy weapon, so I would want to give them something that will make a difference. Your army has not that much in terms of tank-busting, so I'd go for an EML, BS3 notwithstanding.

Dual shuricannons on the Vyper seems like a bad idea to me. For that price, you could have gotten a scatter laser instead, allowing the Vyper to stay 12" further away. It makes quite a big difference to a vehicle that can be threatened by rapid-firing bolters!

Why shuricats on the WL? In any situation I can imagine where you'd rather fire your secondary weapons than your two heavy weapons, flamers would do a lot more good.

shirou mentioned the Vectored Engines thing, but I'd put it more strongly: VE is not just recommended, but almost necessary. It would be worthwhile for the passenger safety alone, but when you consider the additional firepower it will require from your enemy to finish the job--firepower that isn't being directed at your other vehicles, your Avatar or your Wraithlord--there is really no reason not to get it.

Still on the Falcons, it may be worthwhile to give one of them Star Engines. It's fairly affordable, and depending on the size of the table and the way your opponent deploys, having SE could mean destroying the Fire Dragons' target one turn earlier than you could have otherwise, which can be huge. Of course, they'll certainly die immediately after that, but that will happen regardless. Having one Falcon way ahead of the rest of your army after delivering its payload will give another advantage, too: it will tempt (and sometimes force, due to target priority checks) your opponent to focus fire on it, a definite good thing unless of course it ends up allowing your opponent to take shots at it that he would not otherwise have been able to direct at anything.

I'm intrigued that you have decided against taking spirit stones for your Farseer, given how useful both Doom & Fortune will be turn after turn? Any reason?

(That's not a challenge, but an honest question)

He clutched it tightly in his hand and turned towards his foe letting it build in the twin energy spheres and then finally! RELEASE! If you're looking to trim fat, the Banshee Exarch is the one thing that leaps out at me. That alone would do it. Another solution could be to keep the Exarch (if you really want it--maybe you like the model, or just want to fit maximum killing power into the WS), but drop the Exarch powers as well as swap one of the Wave Serpents down to EML instead of BL.

Agreed about the Banshee Exarch. She really isn't worth the points.
