Thats right folks, I have absolutely no clue what manufacturer or even the name of these bugs are. I have had these for years as tyranid stand ins. After unpacking some more stuff, I came across these and simply just had to ask "WTF are these things?" (before you ask, they dont have any makers marks on the bottoms of the bases, and what marks there are, are very faint and illegible. The bottoms were filed so that they would stand evenly)

I believe they belong to a game called Kroyomek, or something close to that. I do not think they are made anymore.

Thanks Captain Vyper! After doing some research with the Kryomek lead that you gave me, it appears you can indeed still get these minis. I thought Grendal was long dead, but they seem to have operations still going... www.scotiagrendel.com/ Thier online catalog is not high quality, but having used their resins in the past, I can say that the quality is above par, even for as old as the models are. Plus, they now own the Void game and distribute it. I think I am going to email them and ask for a complete catalog, as they seem to have some stuff that would be worth buying, if only I could get actual pics of their product.

These are actually very impressive minis! So much better than the old 'nid metals (assuming they're contemporaneous).

Kryonmek predates the nids, which is why GW can't stomp on them.

I had some Kryomek stuff back in the day.. a friend worked for Grenadier who I guess made the models originally. I had a rulebook too but that ended up on ebay a while ago.

I still have several of mine if you're looking for more. They were from the game Kryomek as mentioned above. I picked up the game, and it was rather fun. It came out shortly after the movie Aliens, where it drew most of it's inspiration. Anyway, if interested, send me a PM.
Thanks, Chappy P!
