1 wraithlord w brightlance and eldar missile launcher
1 falcon w starcannon,  shuriken cannon, holo-field, spirit stones, and vectored engines
6 warp spiders w exarch power blades extra death spinner, and withdraw
6 warp spiders

1999 total

Total models :  3 MC, 2 tanks, 69 Infantry

I really don't need the Wave serpent and storm guardians however I hope that should I fail to secure the placing trophy I will instead take best painted.  i paint at the high end of hobbiest, but not quite professional grade, so my figures are often painted to a higher standard than most armies that hit the tables, as well as good basing and custom conversions on my tanks and on my models themselves( different positions, custom weapon crew, fusion gunner flipping people off, avatar on a 4" tall ruin base, custom cut and pinned stalking wraithlord position, etc).  Anyway so I'm leaving them in as the storm guardians have some of the good conversions and the waveserpent is converted with plasticard way before the new ones came out and is a very good representation of my force, painting etc).

I am open to other suggestions however for tweaking the list ... other models that can go in are swooping hawks, more rangers, up to 3 vypers, 4 jetbikes with shuriken cannon, up to 5 warwalkers, an additional wraithlord, howling banshees, another scorpian squad(only 6 right now though), autarch on jetbike, autarch with any other kit, fire dragons, and harlies.  Unfortunatly only the hawks, vypers, jetbikes, and bike autarch are painted at the moment.

My current plan is to anchor my offensive push with eldred, wraithlords, and guardians up the middle or a flank depending on terrain.  Scorpians, storm guardians, and warp spiders move in and harry a flank of my main force, while falcon and waveserpent harry targets that are hiding further back in the enemys defense(and try to make sure they grab quarters and other objectives toward turn 6).  Rangers infiltrate to grab an out of the way quarter or hinder enemy infiltrating placement if necessary.  Eldred guides or dooms things, and fortunes the avatar when necessary.  i play very aggressivly with my main force, it is not uncommon for my guardians to be in opponents deployment by end of game.  Guardians are my favorite troop and my squads have taken chaplians and assault squads down, as well as close combat termie squads!

One problem I already see is that escalation can rob me of my avatars fearless bonus, though I have played guardian heavy for years without it so I can deal with that.  It will also rob me of most of my long range shooting.

So have at my list, even though I may not get to use some of your suggestions in this game since I want to field completely painted figs, I play every week and high point games are becoming more commen in my LGS(even before apocolypse) and i have not really used my other unpainted figs much or at all.(never used harlies, dragons, regualr autarch, or banshees).

Thanks again, and be brutal, I can take it.

Looks solid. I have never much cared for scorpions but that's a personal thing. (S6 power fist blows) If thier is no infiltrate scorpions become useless without a transport. Vypers may be a better option just for grabing table quarters ect.

In trying to get as many different models that are painted and converted into my list I have dropped the second squad of warpspiders for a vyper, and I also dropped two scorps for a vyper.

So now i have 2 vypers and the scorps are small enough to fit in the falcon and jump out at any opportune moment. Im ok with S6 as it is still a power weapon and I've got avatar and wraithlords for hard to wound things.

Now your talking about a top finish list. No need to even bring the Scorps outside of the Falcon except to grab objectives or counter assaults. Same with the Vypers/speeders in general thier is no need to expose them to early fire. Be patient and bring them out to shoot at exposed targets/rear armor and grab objectives or to contest objectives in the last turn.
