So, in the process of coming up with witty remarks to accompany someone's proposal of making an orc battle wagon modeled after an El Camino dragster, I may have come up with some interesting ideas for orc armies that I'm never going to use.  Since I found them funny, I figure I'd mention them here and see if anyone wants to do something with them.  So, without further ado, here they are.
1:   The Good Ol' Boyz
My initial proposal was to make a Big Foot battle wagon to transport these guys around, but the whole red neck theme could be spread around the army.  You could have orcs wandering around in jeans and flannel shirts, wife beater tank tops, carrying beer bottles (or cans), cow boy hats, and have chains hanging from their belts (and presumably their wallets).  You could use squigs in place of dogs.  You could use other monster trucks other than Big Foot for further battle wagons.  Pickup trucks would work for truck boyz (you'll have to put gun racks in the beds).  If you want to get really crazy, you could model (or buy a toy of) truckasaurus to use as a dreadnaught.  A bit of a stretch, but broken home appliances (dish washers, washing machines, etc) with arms and legs could be your killa kanz.  Lots of possibilities.
2:   The Blue Bloods
This is more of a take on early 20th century affluent British style.  Think of lots of orcs sporting top hats, canes and monocles.  If you have ever played the computer game "Arcanum", you'll have a good idea of what I'm thinking.  If not, I would recommend it, but that's neither here nor there.  The battle wagon for them would be an outsized Bentley or Rolls Royce...probably a continental.  You could take the theme a bit further and show the class disparity of the time by having the boss and nobs be the rich while the remainder of the boyz are more of the peasantry of the time.  This is probably the idea requiring the most conversion, but the idea of orcs in top hats with monocles was just too good of a picture for me to pass up.
3: The Barrio Boyz
Think of orcs as cholos from east LA. Laughing yet? Lots of orcs with bandanas and riding around in low riders. Again, a motley assortment of weapons and accessories can complement mobs.

Threads should be like skirts: long enough to cover what's important but short enough to keep it interesting.
