I'm thinking about dropping zogwort down to a warphead and replacing one squad of ork boyz with another squad of lootas

Looks simple and probably effective. I can't see anything that screams change me.

I'd consider making the three Shoota Boyz mobz into two 30 Boyz mobz. That way you can attach both your Warp heads to them, and when Ere We go, or Warpath happens you get to get the most bang for your buck. This should give you the extra points for the 5th DeffKopter.
