here is my list:
HQ:
Nightbringer- 360 points
Troops-
2x (10) warriors- 360 points
fast attack-
3x (5) destroyers- 750 points
elites-
6 immortals
7 immortals
My main concern is my HQ choice. I have decide that I need c'tan to defend against assaults and maybe deal with some TMC. However, I need need help choosing between the night bringer and the deceiver. To me the nightbringer is hands down better as he can simply push harlies out of the way and he can insta kill T5 guys among other things. He also comes with a built in las-cannon. On the other hand I see tons of necron lists using the deciever, so what gives am I missing something? or is it just the extra 60 points ( which buys me two more immortals.)
of course any feedback other than the HQ is welcome as well.

I am guessing your battle plan is to get in range with the destroyers and then shoot everything to death, and protect yourself from assault with the nightbringer. I think that will work, so if I understand your plan then this is a good list. however, just keep in mind that your opponent can always deny you the right to take the nightbringer since he is a special character. Anyway, I think this works, just watch out for deep striking terminators, but then again that is something all armies must watch out for...

Yea thats exactly my plan, My only question is... what pros does the deciever have over the nightbringer. I mean most lists I see use the deceiver so I am wondering what the deal with that is.

The Deceiver's redeployment skill makes the Deceiver a better C'tan than the Nightbringer and he is 60 points cheaper too! I don't see any reason to ever take the Nightbringer over the Deceiver. Besides that, very nice list that should do well.

I just re-read the deciever rules and here is what I think. Yeah, his deployment thing is potentially really good and yeah he does have all those nifty powers, but, if you are battling a high leadership army, like marines or wrose, grey knights, then this his special abilities wont really help much(statistically). Personally, I would rather have the nightbringer, who has more attacks, a lightining arc, better WS and he explodes in a cloud of super death when he is killed. I know this is debatable but if you are looking to counter assaults I think you are better off with a nightbringer.

Can you name one unit that would pwn the Deceiver but get pwned by the Nightbringer? Maybe such units exist, but I can't think of any. Usually, the Deceiver is quite enough to smack around whatever needs smacking around.

the only unit in the game that scares me with either c'tan is harlequins. Basically it seems that the deceiver is toast against them, but the nightbringer can just push them away.
well on second thought I suppose the deceiver can just run away before blows are struck, correct? Well in that case the deceiver seems pretty sweet. So I guess that makes the list look something like this
HQ- 300 points
The deciever
Troops- 378 points
(10) warriors
(11) warriors
Fast Attack- 750 points
3x (5) destroyers
elites- 420 points
(7) immortals
(8) immortals
OK well I think this is the list I will be taking thanx alot for the comments.
