I've posted info about this on a few other websites already - so I am sorry if it isn't news to you (not looking to put out spam):

Color Match 1.0
Basically that part lets you select a paint from one manufacturer and see what paints match it from other manufacturers. There are a few different options that allow you to sort what paints it will return...including being able to select the paint lines to match the source color to (from one to all of them).

You can also enter in RGB colors that you might get from a photo or similar source and find matches as well.

Full Line Matching
That tool allows you to select one paint line and find matches in a second paint line - returning the full line of paints.
