I'm visiting the folks and you know I brought my 40k army. I'm looking for a gamestore within an hour of Toccoa, 30577. Anyone looking for a game? Anyone heard of any tournaments in the area? Thank you for any help or offers of games.

Anyone play at any of these places? If so what did you think?

Borderlands in Greenville is nice, plenty of tables and they play more than 40k and WF.

Have you been to Reailty Check as well? I'm only going to get to play for one day so I'd like to go to the store that is heavier into 40k.

Unless they've changed recently, Reality Check is a tiny store with very little GW merch, and 0 gaming tables. Seemed like a smallish family run place, whereas Borderlands is a table top gamers paradise, 6-8 great tables, terrain, and a ton of product, as well as a thriving group of gamers. Also Borderlands, IIRC, is having a 3k point Apoc. tournament on the 24th, may be worth calling Stan at Borderlands to find out the times if you're up for it. Myself and several of my crew plan on showing up later to at least watch a few turns.

Damn! I only brought 1750 with me. Oh well at least I can watch. Thanks for the info!
