The sink.

Hello all,

I've got a tournament coming up on Saturday and I need a 2nd rhino for it. Thing is, I messed up and now the back door is broken in half and the front part (with the windshield) has a piece missing on the left side. I broke the back door trying to pull it off after gluing it because for some reason the top part of the rhino won't fit over the body the way it is supposed to. So I assumed I put part of the thing together wrong and was trying to disassemble it. And I took too much off the front piece with a hobby knife.

So anyway, got any good ideas as to what I can do to make my rhino let not so obviously messed up? It is a chaos rhino so tentacles are an option, but I need it done and painted for Saturday at 11 am.

I'd simply go for battle damage.

My Orks got a few vehicles that have some excessive damage done to them (deliberately in my case of course). This includes holes that look like they have been sawed or melted (looted rhinos).

It looks really good and if you want you can still have tentacles coming out of the holes.

Ok, I decided this is the Beserkers rhino and that's why it's so damaged, because the zerkers got impatient waiting to get out.

And the guy at the combi-bolter is going to be waving around some axes instead of actually manning the gun. It'll be sweet!

May I also suggest having an arm poking a bolt pistol out the hole in the front glacis, and an arm waving a chainaxe out the hole in the door?

Either that or tentacles, it's hard to go wrong with tentacles.

I'd have to see it, but if you want the cleanest possible fix, I'd get some thicker styrene sheet, cut the damaged parts so they have a straight edge (with a saw), trace out the cutline on the sheet, cut that out, and glue it in place. Fill with putty, sand, done.
