If not, I wonder if they'll be headed to court.
I noticed Ricky Hatton wearing this shirt before his fight:
http://www.afflictionclothingstore.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=13_2&products_id=61
and check out this shirt:
http://www.afflictionclothingstore.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=13_2&products_id=326
I realize GW is the king of stealing then claiming IP, but that first shirt looks like it's a dead copy of their imperial eagle.

I'm not sure how enforceable the Imperial Eagle is; I snagged a Mossimo messenger bag from Target that has a double-headed eagle on it, although the Affliction shirt does seem very GW-ish (the one I have looks more Albanian).
The chaos shirt is even called a chaos shirt; that looks like a clear violation. Wouldn't be the first time a shirt company ripped something off, but would anyone care to notify GW?

Hmmm... my evil scheme to make and market winged skull computer mice seems highly feasible now!
As a side note, where else would I feel the need to specify which manner of "winged skull mice" I was intending to make?

The double headed eagle is probably the closest to an ip snatch, with the triangular centre and spoked wings. That said the heads are more eagle like and the wings more defined. It's probably safe. Gw's own problem for borrowing real world symbols.
GW could cry all they wanted to about the chaos star. It's stolen IP in thier hands, coming from Moorcok.

I saw a woman on a bus whose jacket had buttons that were identical to the mark of Khorne. Was pretty weird. Sadly I don't have any evidence of it.

So here's something else I noticed. Go to:
http://www.afflictionclothingstore.com/store/index.php
...with IE 7 and look at the website symbol in the address bar: it's clearly the skaven emblem.

Skaven symbol on the butt pockets of some jeans on the front page too, just upside down. Then again I've seen that symbol elsewhere, think GeeDub might have trouble claiming three lines arranged in a circle like that.

The double-headed eagle is a very widely used Imperial sign dating back to the time of the Hittites and used by the Byzantine Empire. It is currently found in the flags or arms of about 20 different states and organisations apart from the Space Empire.
Three lines arranged in a triangle is so generic that no-one would succeed in claiming any copyright in its design.

I believe the same goes for the eight-pointed star (chaosphere), which isnt just a 40kish known symbol for chaos, that is if i remember correctly
the eagle however, does look rather imperial
edit:
The Chaos star is a spoked device with eight equidistant arrows radiating from a central point. It was originally devised by the fantasy novelist Michael Moorcock as a symbol of chaos (infinite possibility). The Chaos wheel has been adopted as a symbol of Chaos magick. The current rounded shape was devised by author and chaos magician Peter Carroll.
I wouldnt know if thats true or not, just something i found on google.

Was it ever a symbol for Khorne? I thought his symbol was always the stylised skull.

I believe that the 8-pointed star is the symbol of Chaos used in the Elric of Melnibone books, but I could be wrong. (There weren't any pictures.)

The skaven symbol is a triskelion. it doesnt resemble how a skaven triskelion looks very much.
But the imperial eagle on the other hand does indeed look like it is a direct ripoff from GW.
I understand that double headed eagles are used throughout history, but there is no mistaking that style there.
The only difference there is rivets in the feathers.
