The basic idea is a gun line.... the obliterators and havocs fire at AV 14 vehichles, autocannons and plasmaguns take out transports... and the termies either deepstrike in to help take out vehichles, or if there's no deepstrike, they hold the line. When the enemy reaches them, the lords and termies ( and maybe even the havocs) charge in. If the enemy is a horde, then the marines fire their autocannons, bolters, and plasmaguns into them, the obliterators switch to plasma cannons until close enough to use their "twin-linked" flamer....(how can a flamer be twin-linked?), the havocs fire frag missiles, and the termies sit in back firing their autocannons and save their combi-weapons to be flamers, or drop down beside the advancing horde and flame them, making the enemy charge them and hopefully they'll be able to deter a part of the enemies army for a turn or two. I think this by far one of the best lists the new nerfed chaos codex can make, what do you think?

Twin linked Template weapons get to reroll wounds and armor penetration.
Nice list man,Was wondering how a chaos gun-line would look like. Though I can't comment on how good it will be though as I don't have enough experience to speak confidently on it.

By the 37 keys of Tzeentch,We open the way for our brothers,
By the 1000 whispers of Slaanesh we call to them,
By the 12 plagues of Nurgle we fell their enemies,
And by the mighty axe of Khorne we cut open the world for them!

It looks ok. I think the lords are going to be overpriced, but they definitely are a deterrent to expensive units getting in close. Having it all evaporate because someone rolls a billion attacks on the Khorne lord and wipes you out sucks.
I don't know that I care for the shootie component of the list. Autocannons are OK at busting some things but lascannons kill big bugs and 2+ saves.
I'd drop all the combi-weapons from the terminators to upgrade to lascannons.
then I'd drop your missile launcher havocs for more obliterators, since I just see no reason that makes the havocs any better. Even though I am not amazed by the new oblits with T4, they're still just great (compared to everything else in your heavy slots, unless you are a mechanized list).
then I would take the daemon weapon off of one of your Lords, so you have someone you can count on to do X amount of damage. Then use the points to put mark of undivided on as many squads as possible (I think that would be 2, but maybe more).

I really like this list. I think that it suffers against Nidzilla, but then who doesn't. I'd try sitting as much of it in cover as possible.
It's nice to see a list without double lashes on the boards now and again.

I'd toss the Chaos lords on the shelf until the next Chaos book comes out. Take 2 demon princes, and hide them.
If you want to make a sit there and shoot at 'em army, this can work but the Chaos Lords aren't going to stop a determined assault.
Chaos terminators are...in 3 man squads, easily overwhelmed, and if exposed to enemy shooting, die and/or run away.
Demon weapons are a no-no.
The Havocs won't do much against AV14 vehicles, you should use them against squishy targets like Carnifexes and other Marines instead.
Last but not least, you should get everyone in the army fearless. Non-fearless isn't good.
