Akira this is something similar to what I planned to do, but a couple dread conversions and a vindicator conversion for my Legion of the Damned (plus running out of parts for same) cut the life outta me and I built it a little differently. I had Apothecaries originally, but found I didn't really need them and they don't do well in a drop pod army. The 11 apothecary shooty death army does very well though. The command squads go after fronts of tanks, the veterans go after open-topped vehicles and backs of tanks. The tactical squads are plasma death when they drop, then they become speed bumps.

Tankhunting Flamers? Didn't see that coming...

Maybe think about taking podding Epistolarii. More expensive, but by far more effective.

Wouldn't this list do better as Space Wolves?

Well when there aren't any tanks...you use it as an anti-infantry unit. When you drop down near open topped vehicles, you put the flamer on 'em and take the two automatic S5 hits per open top you can hit. If it's say a single Falcon you use the bolters on it, and just clip the vehicle with the flamer and flame something else.

Space Wolves have requirements in the list that require you take points away from the drop pod concept, and take other stuff instead. This is "bad" for what you want to do.

You convinced me on the flamers. What about the HQ? No Epistolarii with ancient or fear stuff? They are pretty good droppod paylload.
