Looks really good.
Nids can be handled with this army: Shoot the Hive Minded Creatures by the Falcons, Fire Dragons, and Prism and then charge them by the Harlies. The shuricannons and destructors take care of Genestealers.

Against Necrons, it basically depends on the army, Destroyer-heavy, Warrior-heavy, or 2 or 3 Monos?
