Are Lootas good or do i need something else?

being new to orks myself i think your list is pretty decent. I'd also say your HQ is a bit unspectaclar, but then again i think it'll do the job.
As for lootas they have a great range and firing 36 x2 shots on a unit will certainly unnerve alot of players especially SM, although againt the nids if they go for numbers i'd be inclined to swap them for burnas.
