Well i'm writing this list for a friendly tournament and would like some criticism on it

The burnas go in the Battlewagon. The warboss goes in the bike squad.

I dont have any Trakks so i can not put any in.

Not bad but i would drop the burnas and the battle wagon for more stormboyz and lootas. 8 stormboyz will be cut down before the can do anything so if anything make them bigger. I have alwas been a fan of alot of trukks so the list looks good there but ork mobs under 12 just arent enough.

yeah i would put in more stormboyz and lootas except i do not have the models.

basically what is in my list is what i have lol.

when i get more units i will post a new list until then i'm pretty constricted.

I think it looks pretty good. I do have one question for you, and that is are you planning on using the burna boyz as power weapon shock troops? If so then the wagon seems a great way to get them in close. You may also consider using less bikers, but making them Nob bikers with a pain boy. That gets a bit heavy on the points, but two wounds, reroll a 4+ armor save is pretty nice. Take it for what its worth.

well yeah, i plan to move the wagon up and assuming it doesn't get popped; drop burnas within charge rage.

and you bring up an interesting point.. maybe i can take out the stormz and some other things and get some nob bikerz instead.. ill check into it

OK...

The bike squad and storm boyz equal out to 466 pts.

for that i could get 7 nob bikers with 4 klaws a painboy and a banner

so it boils down to which is better? 8 stormboyz and 10 bikes or 7 nob bikers with the works...
what do you guys think?

OK, heres what I think (take it or leave it):

Try removing the following: All the reinforced rams (20), 2 warbikers (50), 8 Stormboyz with Nob (181) for a total of "251 pts".

Add the following: (4) Nob Warbikers (1 w/power klaw, 2 w/big choppa, one Upgrade to a Painboy w/ grot orderly) for a total of "250" pts. This unit has two wounds a piece, has a 50% chance of not taking one at all, has a 4+ invuln save verse shooting, and everyone can dish out some death in Hand to Hand (pain boy has poison). That is pretty good for what you give up.

I think the Nob biker is very expensive at 45 points a dude, but when you add a painboy he becomes a nurgle biker almost. Not to mention when you charge with the big choppa you are striking at initiative 4 with strength 7! I think thats pretty darn good!

I really dislike the small nob biker squads.

i see alot of lists that have them and it doesnt appeal to me..

mabye if you could describe the advanatages of having a small nob biker squad and what exactly you would target with them you could sway my opinion

No problem.

Here is how I would use that unit. I would race them up behind one or two of the trucks in turn one. Then use them to assault with another unit in your army. This will vary depending on the mission, but lets say you plan on charging in with either your other bike squad (who are also using your other vehicles as cover for the first turn), or your Ork boyz in the truck. This could really be taxing on any unit recieving this charge. Then that still leaves your burna boyz to charge in with the support of your other Ork boyz units.

My thinking with the Orks is, if you mix a small unit that hits hard in H2H with a cheap unit that can do its part, then both units combined should really lay waste to any unit they hit in round one. The longer you stay in H2H with your bikers the more expensive it gets for you!

I hope if nothing else this gets the gears turning to iron out the list that YOU like.
