Is it feasible to take a footslogging Ork army without Stormboys? I've read plenty of lists, and nobody's omitted them in a ground-and-pound force. I can see that they provide some much needed mobility in an otherwise slow-as-hell horde, but I'm wondering if its possible to see victories without them?

yes, because the stormboyz cost alot of points and if you don't take them you will have alot more boyz so it is posible for you to win games without them
