Well, a Falcon with two primary weapons can only fire one of them if it moves over 6'', and it should move over 6''. Therefore, replace the bright lances by scatterlasers and add shuricannons (205 pts).
The Scorpion squad is too small for an infiltrating unit, same holds for the DA squads. I'd mount the DA squads (10 men strong) into Serpents, or replace them with Pathfinders.
