If anyone can add some to the list for any of these chapters or other ones with what type of craft it is, that would be great.

There is also the Eisenstein from the death guard (frigate) and the ship that fires on them is the Terminus Est (I cant remember which chapter this one belonged to) and the Imperial Fists main cruiser was the Phalanx and thats about all I can find right now. Hope this helps

Thats great thanks. I'm only on book three of the Horus Heresy novels and am making notes as I come across them. If there is any reference in WD then the more the merrier.

The Emperor's personal Battle Barge was the Bucephalus and Fulgrim's personal vessel was The Pride of the Emperor

No, I'm sure the Terminus Est is still Tphus' flagship. But then again he might've been on that ship because it was a loyalist ship from one of the traitor legions.

This is great folk, all a real help. The campaign is supposed to recreate the orbital battle over Terra before the landing and we currently have about 50 ships involved. As many fluff names I can get the better.

The Imperial Fists had a strike cruiser called the Terrible Angel, which survived the Heresy. (It was involved in the later confrontation between Dorn and Guilliman).

At the time of Night Haunters discovery the Emperor is travelling on an Imperial battle barge (doesn't say which Legion) called Divinity's Sword

Fulgrims personal shuttle (gunship) is the Firebird

Ferrus Manus' flagship (I think it was a battle barge) is the Fist of Iron
